Shipping Policy

Chun Kit Limited ships all backpack orders to addresses within the serviceable regions specified at checkout. Processing time for all orders is 1 to 2 business days. Shipping carriers and delivery methods are selected by Chun Kit Limited based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is provided via [email protected] once the order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable. Chun Kit Limited does not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. Risk of loss or damage to backpacks passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or order cancellation without refund.

Returns Policy

Chun Kit Limited accepts returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged backpacks in original packaging with all tags attached. The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this 14‑day period are rejected.

The buyer bears all return shipping costs. Chun Kit Limited does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return postage. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded.

Refund Timeline and Conditions

Refunds are processed only after the returned backpack is received and inspected by Chun Kit Limited. The refund is credited to the original payment method. The minimum time from Chun Kit Limited receiving the return to the refund appearing in the buyer’s account is 14 calendar days.

PayPal refunds require a minimum of 14 calendar days from the date Chun Kit Limited processes the refund. For buyers located in jurisdictions where local law mandates a longer PayPal refund period, the refund is completed within 30 calendar days. Buyers are responsible for checking their PayPal account transaction history. Chun Kit Limited provides a refund transaction ID upon request sent to [email protected].

Return Process

Follow these steps to return a backpack:

Step 1 – Request Return Authorization
Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The subject line must contain “Return Request” followed by the order number. The body must state the reason for return. Chun Kit Limited replies with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1 business day. Returns without a RAN are refused.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package
Place the backpack in its original packaging. Include the original packing slip or a printout of the order confirmation email. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package. Remove all previous shipping labels.

Step 3 – Ship the Return

The buyer selects any carrier of their choice. Chun Kit Limited recommends using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation. Chun Kit Limited is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4 – Inspection and Refund
After the package arrives at Room 01, 22/F, Ocean Centre, 5 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Chun Kit Limited inspects the backpack within 3 business days. If the backpack meets the return conditions (unused, undamaged, with tags), the refund is initiated. The refund amount equals the purchase price of the backpack only. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refunded.

Step 5 – Refund Receipt
The refund is credited to the original payment method. The minimum processing time from inspection to credit is 14 calendar days. For credit card payments, the issuing bank may take additional days to post the refund. For PayPal payments, the refund timeline in Step 6 of this document applies. Chun Kit Limited sends a refund confirmation email to the address on file.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following backpacks cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized backpacks

  • Backpacks with removed tags or signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” on the product page at wd05.watchhousesale.com

  • Backpacks returned without a valid Return Authorization Number

Damaged or Incorrect Backpacks

If a backpack arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, the buyer must contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide the order number and clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item. Chun Kit Limited issues a return shipping label at no charge for these cases. After inspection, Chun Kit Limited offers a full refund including original shipping costs or a replacement backpack. This policy does not extend the 14‑day return window for change‑of‑mind returns.
